Hypyoga is a private 1 hr in person pregnancy yoga class combining the gentle Vinyasa flow Yoga and 30 mins hypnobirthing refresher/scripts. You will also receive these scripts in mp3 form to listen to daily throughout your pregnancy.
A perfect combination to support your continued practice and positive birth preparation, ensuring you remain strong but supple, calm and relaxed.

This package is a one off payment that includes:
1 x live 2.5 hr birth coaching session, studio or on zoom with up to two birth partners.
1 x 1 hr in person pregnancy yoga class, Hatfield Heath
5 hypnobirthing mp3’s
Full hypnobirthing course in 6 bitesize recorded modules.
Clarity zoom call at term to go over a final birth preferences, questions or concerns.

This package is for clients with busy lives and therefore your sessions will be 121 with me in the privacy of your home (option to zoom), ensuring you get a bespoke, confidential & first class experience. To ensure all the stress is taken away you will be emailed a week by week guide and practice schedule.
Including all of the Heart package, in addition; You will receive 3 Pre/postnatal reflexology sessions and the early parenting course will all come to you. Small surcharges apply for postcodes beyond 30 mile round trip from cm22.
